The project came within the efforts exerted by Siaq to consolidate security and enhance the capabilities of the security side in Taiz Governorate, as the project worked to consolidate community security in Salah District, with a fundamental benefit to the women and girls of the district. Through the project, the Women’s Police Department, represented by the Family Protection Department, was rehabilitated. Institutional rehabilitation represented by furnishing the department and creating its facilities, in addition to building individual capacities in the field of gender and the monitoring mechanism for criminal cases for policewomen working within the department.
