A project worked on building the capabilities of 20 young people/people with special needs (mobility disabled) in (leadership, community participation, advocacy, and planning) to increase his/her role in community participation, influence on industry and local policies, and their control with local authorities and parties related to issues of young people with limited income needs. Special needs to contribute to providing their own applications in addition to the explanatory framework that represents in the youth forum the special needs of people through which young men and women with special needs are active in their issues.
